How do I access my account?

Simply enter your username and password in the “Your Account” section to access your client area.

Unable to access your account?

If you already have a corporate account, you should normally have received an email with your new username and a temporary password.

What should I do if I did not receive my access details?

First, check your junk or spam folder. If the message is still missing, please contact our team for assistance.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Yes. We use a recognized secure payment system. Fees may be paid through a PayPal account or by credit card.

Will the information submitted remain confidential?

Yes. The confidentiality of the information you submit is taken seriously. You may also consult the Privacy & Security section at the bottom of the page for more information.

Is it free for candidates who complete the questionnaire?

Yes, absolutely. Candidates receive a free “Personal Profile.” They are only charged personally if they later choose to order another report themselves.
