How do I access my account?
Enter your user name and password in the "Your Account" section.


Why can't I access my account?
If you already have a corporate account, you have received your new temporary user name and your temporary password by email.


Do you have to pay to open an account?
You do not have to pay to open an account; only orders placed will be invoiced.

If you do not have a corporate account, consult the "Open an Account" section or communicate with us for further information.


Is it safe to pay with a credit card?
We use the well-known PayPal secure payment system; fees can be paid through a PayPal account or by credit card.

Does the transmitted information remain confidential?
Yes, do not hesitate to consult our "Confidentiality and Security" section at the bottom of the page for more detailed information.


Are candidates who fill our questionnaires required to pay?
No, absolutely not - they receive a "Personal Profile" report free of charge. Candidates are invoiced only if they subsequently order another report.


As corporate clients, are we invoiced for each candidate who fills out a questionnaire for a position?
No; you are only invoiced for those reports you order, regardless of the number of individuals applying for a position.
