If you already have a corporate account, you have received your new temporary user name and your temporary password by email.

Do you have to pay to open an account?
You do not have to pay to open an account; only orders placed will be invoiced.

Is it safe to pay with a credit card?
In collaboration with WorldPay, we offer a certified secure system that will meet your needs. Using leading-edge technology and highly reliable security applications approved by banking institutions, your data is encrypted before it leaves your PC and sent to WorldPay system. Are candidates who fill our questionnaires required to pay?
No, absolutely not - they receive a "Personal Profile" report free of charge. Candidates are invoiced only if they subsequently order another report.

As corporate clients, are we invoiced for each candidate who fills out a questionnaire for a position?
No; you are only invoiced for those reports you order, regardless of the number of individuals applying for a position.
